How it works

Please contact me via message form (below), chat or email & let me know which guide/plan you are interested in so we can schedule a free 15min discovery call!

If you decide to move forward with a plan, I will send you a questionnaire so I can learn more about your baby's sleep & daily routines.

I will set up a home visit (if wanted - if in Ventura County or Santa Barbara, CA), (or FaceTime) to see baby's sleep space and/or discuss the process in more detail.

I will put together a schedule for you to start to following ASAP along with an emailed sleep guide you will fill out that will show me what times baby is waking up & sleeping so I can track the progress throughout the program & if any adjustments need to be made.

I will be on call for you via text/call during the program (sweet start, dream builder, or sleep reset plans).
